We all know EKU pushed for the SBC but other than that, what does his total actions say about his views on athletics? Was he a favored choice from the athletics viewpoint and what do you see from him in the next five years?

The search was done 100% in the dark, so none of us know... not yet anyway. Though it probably bodes well that EKU was at least looking/soliciting a move up... he wasn’t trying to keep status quo anyway.

Outwardly, he seems be be more than qualified, but I’ve also heard he likes to spend $$$. Not sure we are quite in that position at the moment.
