most disappointing part of it all....we got some ballers, too bad fritz has no idea how to attract a qb

Here's the thing - he has the young QB talent in the roster. He also has trust and stability.

This is an awful loss, but if you learn something here then everything will be fine.

The key to breaking 6-6 is at QB.

Yeah, Navy had nothing to do with it. All Fritz. Or Keon Howard.
Navy made the change at Qb that sparked them and Tulane should have as well. You know... Fritz not taking howard out.

There is a good chance this may be the worst Navy side in 10 years. Keon cannot complete 40% of his passes against them.

Were you not watching in 2018? For that matter 2011.

This team is bouncing back from the mistake of not hitting in camp. Gonna be just fine. Defense will look like last year, not Labor Day, for the rest of the season. O-line still needs a little more development. fullback, slotbacks, WR as good and deep as ever. Morris just took back the starting job and will be the best passer in a while.

End of the year, BYU game will be viewed as an aberration due to Niumatalolo's overly conservative decision in the offseason. CiC Trophy and a contender in the AAC.

This is very odd. Feels like an all-time low for the program and I've been watching since 2006. Our fanbase has completely turned on the QB and we're 2 games in.

It's only 1-1 but feels like I could be watching 2-9 real soon.

I look at the schedule and question who the QB beats that is left. USM are also hot trash but they know Keon all too well and have a gameplan for him.

Good job Navy. Discipline beats talent. Tulane has the talent.

Tulane deserves to be laughed at.

Thanks, Shere. But I won't join you in laughing at Tulane.

Making fun of other schools while yours is at home as they can’t stay off a party bus.

Tulane could have pulled a Baylor and let Duffey play. We would have won by 30 today.

Whether that is a good look for the University is another matter....

Thanks for the congratulations.

Navy's defense got it together is what happened to Tulane's offense.

Happy to hear. I really like Niumatalolo and want for Navy to succeed. Except to UCF of course.

Our QB couldn't hit the broad side of a barn while throwing under no pressure. Tulane's QB beat Tulane's offense in the second half.

Our QB couldn't hit the broad side of a barn while throwing under no pressure. Tulane's QB beat Tulane's offense in the second half.

Pick to end the half was HUGE. I would have to go back and see if that was a bad pass or a good play by Navy team captain and class president Cam Kinley.

Then in the second half, Tulane had FOUR STRAIGHT 3-and-outs, followed by the safety... after the safety, free kick, and TD, next time Tulane got the ball it was tied.

Those 3-and-outs had first down runs of 1, 3, 2, 3 yards. The Safety was on a running play. In those five possessions, Tulane rushed 7 times for 10 yards. Howard was 1/6 for 6 yards.

And "no pressure" ? I saw pressure. That's the whole point of the Newberry defense, which you'll recall turned Navy around from worst to best from '18 to '19.
