Maybe if we had a person whose only job was to choose offensive plays, we could have a head coach who is situationally aware, not have to waste time outs, or get a delay of game out of a time out because he was being the HC and the OC and is a terrible game manager.

Well geez maybe Monty can learn from a visual example of how to make the best of a bad time out being needed.

So when we fire Monty, I hope our DC becomes intern. He hires a high school guy to call offense and we finish with a winning season and a top 20 offense.
