Dream Schedule for this GT fan
VT
Miami
Louisville
Pitt
Cuse
FSU
Duke
Clemson

That would be a nice schedule, although for VT I would replace Duke with NC State.

Oof. We agree to disagree on that one. Fine swapping Cavman for Pitt. The rest is questionable at best.

Thanks, Fletch. Your freshman QB is going to be a beast by the end of the season, when he and your oline is able to put it all together. He can throw, he can run, he's very elusive. You got a good one. He is what SU needs. SU's offense looked much better today. The oline allowed only one or 2 sacks today. Tommy DeVito still holds onto the ball too long. The SU oline gave him alot of time to get the ball off. Hopefully, the offense is improving. Love the defense though.

I would like to see more Georgia Tech and Syracuse games too. More variety would be nice in the scheduling.

This is a good example of why the ACC should work to go to a single division format. In a single division format, each school would have 3 annual opponents and play all other schools twice every 4 years. In a 15 team conference, it would be 2 annual opponents. This would require an NCAA rule change to eliminate the requirement to play all schools in your conference, but the AAC is already being allowed to this by waiver. (The ACC can do it this year because it has an 11 game regular season. The CCG is treated as another regular season game).

I like things the way they are now.

Pitt and Georgia Tech really do feel like long lost cousins. They really are strikingly similar situations. Good schools with great traditions located in the middle of cities, and who both have to really work to get attention in their home state.

I am not for realigning the divisions and I’m not in favor of eliminating them either. However, if the ACC were to realign, I would love to remain in the same division as Georgia Tech.

This would be pretty ideal from my perspective:
NORTH
Boston College
Georgia Tech
Louisville
Miami
Pitt
Syracuse
Virginia Tech

SOUTH
Clemson
Duke
Florida State
North Carolina
NC State
Virginia
Wake Forest

That looks pretty horrible from my perspective. Playing the teams in the North is fine it's just what VT misses out on in the South. With UVA in the other division, they'd be our permanent partner, so we'd play Clemson, FSU, UNC, Duke, NCST and Wake each home and away once very 12 years. That sucks.

That already happens with every one of those teams besides UNC. Idk why playing UNC is the straw that breaks your camels back, but ok
