Hulu TV is great for sports until there are overtimes, and then I have no idea wtf is happening . . . is this game still ongoing? Anyone know how to watch if so?

Nevermind, I see Cajuns won.

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. This is at best a 5-5 team.

Cajuns dodge a huge bullet today! Props to Ga. State on a great effort.

Great game by Ga St. Cajuns offense was way too sluggish out of the gates. Defense wasn’t great either, but that can be attributed to Ga St and Mr. Brown. Just glad to get the win, no matter how ugly.

Also think Quad Brown will be a very good QB in this league.

To the question about starters, I know Joe Dillon was out. Napier said they came back from Ames unscathed on the injury front, so I’m thinking Dillon’s absence was due to COVID. We got other guys on the D back for this game though.

Hopefully this is the end of the big upset hangover and the Cajuns come out playing better next weekend.

This was a hell of a game! Scared the crap outta me, Georgia State played a great game. I am just happy we escaped with a win.

I can't wait to see the day we have a true passing QB leading our team. I'm not a fan of Levi Lewis. Georgia State was in this game because of him.

GG Louisiana. I'm disappointed at the outcome but it is what it is. Obviously this Georgia State squad has many things to improve this year...starting with the freshman QB.

GA St. Has nothing to be ashamed about. They absolutely took it to UL and their Freshman QB was impressive. O and D lines were also impressive. You’re not quite “there” yet but, you put a damn scare in us today. Good game and best of luck the rest of the way.

As a general rule, we should always be scared of Georgia State. Our history with them is of a lot of games that are close when no one thought they'd be

One of the best Sun Belt games I've seen in a long time. Two good teams going after each other. 02-13-banana

I think GSU has some pieces to work with. Solid veteran OL, size and speed is there in WRs, RB depth is deep (our starter didnt play, last year's 3rd string+new freshman filled in and performed fine.) We will play as well as how confident our freshman QB feels that day.

Defense was a pleasant surprise first half. Eventually the bigger and physical Louisiana team wore us down. Tired bodies on defense made mental mistakes on assignments that allowed big plays. Cant suddenly gain 20-30lbs mid season, so we need our offense to sustain long drives to keep our defensive front seven fresh.

We have things to polish on both sides of the ball and having Louisiana as our first real game was difficult to say the least. Louisiana was the more mature team and managed to perform in clutch. Congrats on the win and will be rooting for the Cajuns to dominate this season!

Great game.
I need your QB to graduate early though. He looks like he will be very good.

In retrospect I now am more aware that this kid's first pass Saturday was his 6th pass attempt in college. This was his first full game. Brad Glenn is very very good QB coach and OC. And Dan Ellington is on staff. So I think he will improve his reads and accuracy quickly. It must mean something that the staff handed him the keys to the offense game one of his career (something we found out in the post game presser). A lot of the mistakes, the handful he made were hesitation or misreads either in his progression or at the line of scrimmage pre snap. He will get better fast. The prospect of having a 3 or 4 year starter is exciting though.

The kid is 6'5 and 190lbs as a Fr. By the time he's a senior, provided he gets good nutrition and development, he'll be 6'5 and probably 215-220, and a problem.

He's at 200. Totally agree as he has gained 10lbs since last year.

Oh ok, I think on the broadcast they said 190 or maybe I misheard. Anyway, that's a solid frame to build around.
