First week for ACC football 2020
Four conference games and only one with a point spread less than 20 (FSU -12 1/2 vs Ga Tech). Hope it's not like this all year. Will there still be a home field advantage if there aren't screaming fans?

Home field advantage will be 0-3 pts due to just the travel.

If you have a great sound system that will help

Didn't realize it had changed so much since the "new" schedule was released until I really looked at it - 10 changes, including different bye weeks, different OOC games, and a total re-balancing of the "coming off byes" opponents...

I dont know about the homefield advantage, but I watched the BYU/Navy game last night and it wasnt nearly as bad as I thought it would be. It wasnt bad at all and there wasnt a fan to be found in the seats.

I was kind of rooting for Navy as well. Might be a long season for the Midshipmen

I understand that Navy didn't practice in pads at all before this game - and it looked like it.

We can buy cutout cardboard fans to place in Kenan Stadium for the season, but I'm not sure an opponent will get to have cardboard fans in attendance. Nothing like a "home crowd".
