Bonner started the first 4 games last year before getting hurt. Anderson has said that in the world of Covid 19 a school would be rather foolish to not give their backup experience, so Lane Hatcher willl get snaps each game.

Also, Zero positives among our football team during Saturday's tests. We will test again Wednesday. Saturday's was a critical benchmark because students have been on campus for a week with classes in session etc.

Good news, time now to think about football.

Not bad when the conference's second leading passer from last season (the leading passer among returning players) is your backup. I didn't think there was a big difference between Bonner and Hatcher but to be fair I didn't see much of Bonner.

His arm is better than Hatcher's. He just never had a chance to prove it because his season ended so quickly, and he played all 4 games last year hurt.

He is a better runner and has quicker release than Hatcher. The question in my mind is he a winner. We know Hatcher is.
