As a TN fan who plays Bama, Florida, GA, A&M and Auburn, who are all potentially top 15 teams, I'm okay with this.

I would never make an excuse - bring it on, but normally if we win our g5 matchups and beat vandy and kentucky, we're close to a bowl. this year with no G5 matchups, the equation is different anyway.

Let's say we beat South Carolina, Missouri, Vandy, Kentucky and Arkansas. At 5-5, we would still have a case that we were a top 25 team with our schedule.

Eh. Those extra practices in preparation for the bowl game matter. They should either allow teams that stay home in bowl season to practice like a bowl team or blow the lid off and let everyone put together an extra winter game.

If there are two winless teams that haven't played 12 games, they need to get paired against each other.

Let everybody play in a bowl this year. Might be the only time some of these schools make a bowl. Redbox Bowl is the only one that cancelled so far - am I right???? Haven't seen any other cancellations yet.
