BC's Coach Hafley On FB Players Reporting Back to Campus This Past Week
Boston College's FB team reported back to campus this past Monday. In a media press availability, Coach Hafley provided an excellent summary of how things will proceed in this highly unusual environment.

Interesting viewing as it lays out the challenges that all programs will likely face this summer. One example: normally, training activities are grouped by position - QB's, offensive line, running backs, etc. - as this is the most efficient and effective way to manage aspects of the training program. However, COVID presents a challenge to this.

One other note: When BC players arrived, they went into immediate self quarantine for 8 days (the medical folks say that while symptoms can take up to 14 days to manifest themselves, the virus can usually be detected via testing about 5-7 day after exposure). After this 8 day or so period is over, every player will be get a COVID test. Once they are cleared, only then will they be able to participate in whatever training regimen is called for.
