CBB equivalent of Wisconsin/Minnesota and Bedlam
In college hoops: what's the most renewed rivalry, AND the most lopsided? Does Minn/Wisc go back the longest timewise in FBS?

It looks like Oregon vs. Oregon State is far ahead of any other rivalry. You can scroll down to P.93 to get a listed of most played rivalries in college basketball. The top are dominated by the Oregon and Washington schools.

That link was FASCINATING! To answer my questions:
Most renewed: Civil War
Most lopsided: Sunflower Classic (games over .500)/ KU v ISU (winning %)

Wisconsin/Minnesota may be the CFB rivalry with the most games (153 games), but Yale-Princeton is the oldest CFB rivalry, dating back all the way to 1873.
