Interviewing from a pool of candidates to add to your evaluation of the best man for the job. Imagine that!

In Fickell we trust. Sounds like he had multiple good choices, which is a great problem to have.

I'm sure that if CLF wants Daniels added to the staff, they can find a spot for him.

He is younger than me and I never played against him while he was at Rossford, but it looks like he played at Miami with Ryne Robinson (Ryne was a class or two behind, but that kid was tough to tackle in space).

I'm sure his qualifications are top notch and CLF is hiring the best candidate. From the vibe in this video, I love his energy and ability to relate to the players. CLF also seems to place a premium on those attributes. Let's hope he's another excellent hire by this staff.

Knowing his personal background growing up near him...he went through some **** at Rossford...I have a feeling having to deal with a lot of stuff that many of our less-advantaged recruits have had to would do well to endear him to the room.

Mike Daniels has been Dean of Students at Princeton HS for 1 1/2 years. Huber Heights Wayne HC is Bearcat WR Roosevelt Mukes who caught a lot of Bearcat passes in the 1980s. He has a 2020 first team Div 1 all-state Jr OL in Aamil Wagner 6-7 260. Paige will do fine at Clifton.

Huber Heights churns out a good number of D1 prospects, shame more don't choose UC.
