Seems pretty clear the SoCon will move to spring in the coming days. Does ETSU try to schedule a money game or two in the fall? Other SoCon teams are trying to cash in.

If the FBS plays in the fall, there will be no money games for the FCS in the spring. Get it in the fall or you lose out.

Yes. We have to do exactly what the other SoCon schools do. Play the money games. Do not be left out.

Any school or division that decides to play, must take every possible safeguard or face massive litagation.

In case any here are not aware...............Gov. Lee is calling a special legislative session just to address this issue. And not just for colleges and universities, but for all businesses, governments, non-profits, etc. Almost certainly they'll pass something along those lines.

For a funny(?) bit of P5 "idealism", The Big Ten has announced a conference-only decision for football. One of the big reasons for their justification was (ostensibly) to minimize travel costs. So..................they announced Big Ten schedule had Nebraska (the westernmost team) playing easternmost Rugters but the Iowa-Iowa State inter-conference rivalry game was cancelled. But of course.

The chance of college football being played is fading. If college football gets cancelled, then there will be no college basketball as well.

Football looks more and more unlikely now. I want the Bucs sports administration to hang back and watch the other FCS teams. Especially the Tennessee state schools FCS teams. Hang on to get what monies are there to get and then do as the other schools in Tennessee do.

Nah 66 players most have never heard of arent going to play. NFL is going to happen.

College football is not happening this year though. College athletics are in for a reckoning. Its probably past time.

I agree. We should stand back and watch the other SoCon schools and then do as they do. Also watch the Tennessee FCS schools. We should do as they do and if they weather the storm then so will we.

Anyone want to speculate the likelihood that even basketball gets played in November? I’d say it’s somewhere around 0%.

If keeping people out of the ICU is the goal then end the program. Too dangerous.
