Indoor Track & Field. Also, AD is deferring his $400,000 salary for next year to offset budget cuts and costs

That leaves them with 16 sports total, they are keeping outdoor track and field, so you wonder how much does that actually save when it’s usually the same kids and coaches for both indoor and outdoor. I’m sure they did the math and cut the program with the highest deficit.

How much would you actually save by dropping indoor T&F but not outdoor? Scholarships and coaching salaries are usually shared so that doesn't decrease. Seems like you only save on travel and other variable costs.

I hate to be critical as I have not offered to defer my salary but he is getting that money if deferred just at a later date. Also at $400,000 he should have plenty to live off of for some time.

He’s getting a deferment, those under him are getting furloughed...
