I can't believe Mr. Win at Any Price, Coach McElwain, is ahead of anyone. I guess a persons character has nothing to do with the rankings. So, we will see, if we have a season, what he will accomplish.

McElwain and CC are 360 degrees apart in terms of managing their programs.

Fortunately for us CC is a solid coach but an even better person. Character matters in all aspects of life.

I wouldn’t put him ahead of Solich, who has more bowl wins at Ohio than our program has bowl appearances in its entire history. 4th is a respectable spot for Creighton.

Not much recruiting info on Shorack out of HS. Possibly a walk-on at ASU?

Scheidt appears to on scholarship and played a year of JUCO ball. LB is a position of need so this is good.

Jefferson committed to EMU in Feb and had other MAC offers. Might be on scholarship.

Jefferson is listed at 5'11" 232, but was listed as a DT on 247 and a DE on rivals. Given his size LB seems more accurate.

Scheidt, being a JUCO guy, sounds like a guy who could come right in and compete for playing time. Seems like he had a nice start to his college career:
"Spent a year as a Ram under Head Coach Tony Caviglia...Led the team with 60 tackles (37 solo, 23 assist)...Notched 7.5 tackles-for-loss in 11 games...Named first team all-conference and preseason all-american"

Well I guess the players are treating the fall as 'spring ball'??????

Curious how they will schedule practices from now out before beginning training for the season.

So if FB plays starts in March then practice will start in Feb. Glad we have that bubble.

RE: (Fake) spring ball thread
Looks like SEC plans to move forward with fall football, the conference will announce its full schedule monday.

How does this impact the title? Will Alabama and Clemson have a free ride, or can LSU and Georgia actually make it a interesting?

https://www.sportsbetting3.com/ncaafb/co...ll-betting

Im sure Ohio State would ask to join the party if its going ahead without them!
