I can't believe Providence climbed all the way back into the tournament.

lol, so true. What's going to suck is this team should be like a 4 or 5 seed but won't because of OOC play. They'll get stuck playing a Kansas or Baylor in 2nd round and bow out way too early as a result.

That's exactly what I was just thinking about them. This is probably a second-weekend team that just couldn't get their stuff together against low-majors in November.

huge weekend for Xavier.. Have their shot with Butler. Meanwhile teams in first 4 currently have huge chances to get wins to pass them up- UCLA and Stanford playing USC and Oregon respectively. And team immediately below them, Texas Tech- same thing with Kansas. Xavier could drop even while beating Butler.

Northern Iowa getting pounded by Drake. Totally going to take them out of bubble consideration.

Only thing it'll do realistically is that Northern Iowa will go to NIT- and in essence they will be a NIT bid thief. MVC wasn't getting a NIT team otherwise.

Loyola now becomes favorite for the MVC. Let's see if Sister Jean has another run in her.

Is St Louis really in better position for an at large bid than UConn? Not saying our resume is impressive or anything but I thought it was better than the Billikens'.

RE: Bubble Watch 2020-03-06
if this were golf it'd be really good with all the red.

But in college basketball, red is bad...

Will be really interesting to see the seed list tomorrow...
