UVM hockey
#13 NU plays a pivotal 2-game weekend series at Vermont.
NU, with 21 points, really needs to sweep or and the very least ... get 3 out of 4 points this weekend against a winless UVM team in Hockey East.
It won't be easy since UVM is playing better in the last few weeks.

I needed 24 hours before I posted the debacle that took place up in Vermont.
Reeling NU got swept a weekend series ... just amazing.
The weekend has left just 1 point ahead of UNH for the last Hockey East playoff spot and NU has a home-and-home with BU.
And you know BU will be chompin' at the bit to get revenge for the Beanpot championship game.
A once-promising season has gone in the toilet (not the word I wanted to use).
Oh and get rid of those freakin' red unis!! :(
