Well, the refs are definitely letting them play today.

Most notable thing is that we have a functional offense with Nate on the bench. Certainly something to do with JMU’s soft zone, but still really good to see.

7-0 run for JMU to end the half, with REALLY ugly basketball from the Tribe.

Last two minutes was a dumpster fire, but still up seven at the half. Someone should remind Nathan we have a game today.

We didn't even get a shot off for almost the final 2 minutes, with 3 TO's.

Maybe Knight should shoot the ball more than once in the second half? WTF!

Up 7 on the road at half with Nate having 4 pts and 1 rebound ....

At least Nate has 0 fouls ...

Lots of empty seats in the Convo...and I hope they throw out this horrible floor when they tear the building down.

Wilson and Jacobs with two fouls each. Get the turnovers under control, and get Nate and Andy far more active inside going at Wilson and Jacobs. Push the lead back out, send the crowd to the beer taps, and come on back home.

Strong shooting offsetting sloppy ball-handling. And a bizarre half from Nate. He was noticeably looking to pass on a few instances when he could have shot it on the inside, but overall didn’t have that many opportunities. Dane saw something he didn’t like when Nate tried that dunk/throw from the foul line. He took him right out after the free throws, spoke to him, and then he sat until the under-4 timeout.

Hopefully, they have straightened out how to attack their zone. That has definitely bogged down our offense. Glad we are shooting well, when we shoot.

They are starting to extend their zone even farther. We really need to look for that open man underneath.

What are we doing on defense? JMU is getting to the rim anytime they want.
