Especially the first 12 minutes or so on Rob Burke's background and how he got to UNCW.

Makes his rise to the top at UNCW after coming in as Director of Basketball Operations (and not knowing McGrath) all the more remarkable.

Yes this was a great interview. I was always skeptical of Rob and thought CB reached on hiring him as the 3rd assistant. The. I heard this interview at the beginning of the season and he completely changed my perception of him. Tons of insight into the players and the program.

CB deserves credit for building a helluva staff and perhaps handing us our next HC (or at least a strong candidate) as a result.

The hope has always been that we'd have a chain of successful coaches, with the replacement always coming from within house. CB gave us a decent roster and some solid assistants. If only he'd have been a successful coach....

It is really glaring. And the only real explanation is that CB didn't listen to his assistants. Stubbornness is a trait of his mentor, so wouldn't be shocking.
