Not surprised with the Charlotte result. Tough to win conference games on the road. Maybe UNT will overlook Rice with their big win at Tech last Saturday. If Rice won tonight that would be a true spoiler.

Can’t say I give us much chance tonight vs the Mean Green. I give us every chance in the world on our home court against just about anybody.

This league is as wide open as it has ever been. We just need to handle our business the rest of the week against the F_Us and we’ll be right back in it.

Anybody who is watching know what that technical on Rice was? I have family over and the game is on with no sound. I couldnt figure out what guy did.

North Texas up by 17 but Rice still playing hard. 12:07 remains.

I love the way the Mean Green closed it out tonight. I hope we can so the same once we go back on the road after this home stand. UTSA on Thursday.

It’s either that or play 3 games in a week like Charlotte/ODU are this week. My understanding is the conference let’s the travel partners figure out what they want to do.

As for WKU, Kinsey already has two fouls called against him for Thursday’s game and Bennet has fouled out.

Props to odu. They took Charlotte out of their rhythm, forced turnovers, and hit a few shots when it mattered.

I would normally wait until the night before, but I just poured a fresh Scotch and I'm bored. So here is our NET rankings on a Tuesday. Hopefully stuff doesn't come across as "Look-At-Me" but I am definitely proud of the way UNT is playing right now.

Also extremely glad Tech didn't fall out of the Top 100. That helps all of us.

Note: UNT didn't move a single spot after beating Rice last night. And USM has escaped the 300's. Threw in KENPOM for fun. He likes us more as we have discovered.
