Tell me how that's fascism? Laws against exposing children to obscene material are everywhere in the world, as far as I know. They're not holding book burnings. All they're doing is making it so children won't be exposed to material like that with the librarian's help.

Or is this about something else?

No, but this law will be misapplied if it is passed.

Also, if liberals wind up making the decisions, what's to say that more conservative texts couldn't be banned?

Think about where we are as a society...We are so afraid of any legitimate regulation because of fear the "other side" will use it down the road to punish. While the fear may be legitimate its still a sad state to be in

I'm not sure how age inappropriate could be misapplied but I understand your concern.
