I know obviously it's a bigger deal for WSU than the rest of the fanbase, but I'm surprised I haven't seen the KU/KSU brawl mentioned here yet. Wonder how many hours of practice the KU players are going to miss for grabbing a chair and kicking people while they are pinned in the disabled section of the fieldhouse.

The game was over with KU killing the clock, so the KSU player stealing the ball for a last dunk was rather lame. But, for the KU player to end up with a chair over his head to hit someone?!?! Come on dude!

I agree it's a big deal for WSU since the NCAA will hammer them for this.

Nah, they already have a case open with Memphis .. they are just gonna tack it onto you guys! You guys don't get Wiseman and he ends up at KU, then De Sousa gets cut and none of this happens!!! it's all Penny's fault!

Wiseman gets a 12 game suspension when he was completely innocent. The KU players involved deserve at least 12 games off for a more serious offense for which they are completely culpable.

Fortunately for KU, they will escape appropriate punishment just like they did for the Darrell Arthur scandal. .

Last I checked that was far less than Wiseman's mom received.

While the athletes may be innocent...The families and coaches are far from it.

De Sousa was insulted that he stole it...So he blocked his shot...Which is cool as well.

Standing over a player on the ground and talking trash is where the issue happened...Especially against a rival where you have just whipped their ass.

Basically De Sousa looked like a *****. He got it stolen being a dipshit. Fouled to prevent the basket, then tried to talk **** to save face. Got ran on (as he should) and then tried to fight.

As a Kstate player:
First get the **** off my teammate, second this is a game till the buzzer sounds so improve your ball handling.

As a KU player or coach:
You're stupid; so now we got issues over a meaningless play, you're probably suspended for the season, possibly on probation with the school, while almost ensuring no NBA team is taking you direct, forcing you to go G-league or overseas.

Just give up the basket and walk away a winner with a moment of embarrassment.
