2 Million - Clemson, VT, and BC
That's closer to $6.3 million per school and represents a rough 20% of the contract value.
When folks toss out the 80% for football number that's a rounded number. If the B10 is 80%, then the SEC is probably 85% football, while the ACC is closer to 75% of its value in football.
I would not be surprised if Duke's value was closer to 25 million, Carolina's closer to 18 million, Syracuse and Louisville toward 13 and ND 2 million more - that $19 million which represents 24% of the contract putting football at 76%
Duke has taken up the mantle of basketball villain the same way the Yankees do that in baseball. People will watch in hopes to see them lose.

The additional conference games will benefit the ACCN more. I don't see anything in those games that would prompt ESPN to pay more money.
In the same sense that you after purchasing a car you can have a "look in" with the dealer after 5 years. Name one time a conference got a substantial pay increase on a look in.

Look-ins are misunderstood. They are NOT opportunities to renegotiate the existing contract. They ARE opportunities to sell something new. For example, the ACCN launch was the result of a look-in.
What might the ACC be able to "sell" in a future look-in?
* How about sub-contracting excess inventory to CBS? After all, they are losing the SEC contract...
* Would ESPN offer more money for more P5 games? They did in the past and probably would again, but it might not be very much.
* Would they offer more for better (for TV) divisional alignment? Perhaps.
Just some throwing ideas out... spit-balling, if you will.

The ACC could offer better non-conference scheduling in both FB and BB. Let the conference schedule one non-conference FB game a year per school and two non-conference BB games. At the least, restrict FB scheduling to FBS teams.

That comes under "more P5 games" I think (unless you think eliminating FCS games is worth more than mandating 2 P5 OOC games?)

RE: Estimating ACC basketball tv value
Here’s the problem, it would appear the ACC gets about $6.3m for basketball (actually for all other sports besides football). Which comes out to about 25%
Some have suggested the SEC gets 15% of their revenue from basketball (or all other sports not football). 15% of $50m is $7.5m.
It does seem like the ACC undersold it’s product, though I believe the SECs baseball product is more popular than the ACC’s. I wonder if that’s enough to pass up the popularity of ACC’s men’s and women’s basketball?
Edit: Throw in Lacrosse as a semi-popular sport among the ACC.
