Yeah, I didn't want to say it, but you're right about that creepy stuff. Their obsession with these types of places tells me all I need to know about their fan base. Nice folks overall, but the objectification of women they embrace is kind of embarrassing.

How about somewhere kid friendly? Gotta be others dragging kids along (ours is around 13) that also want to have a pregame cocktail without freaking the kid out or getting them bored - any suggestions?

Check out something like Union Bear or Rock n Brews, or any number of the places at the Star for a more kid-friendly environment.
