Former UTSA football player Michael Egwuagu charged with murdering pregnant sister
Horrible news I just saw on Yahoo sports. Former UTSA Roadrunners football player Michael Egwuagu was charged with murder Friday for the fatal stabbing of his pregnant sister, Jennifer Chioma Ebichi.

RE: Former UTSA football player Michael Egwuagu charged with murdering pregnant sister
Yeah, read about that a couple days ago. Played Safety for us and was 2nd Team All-Conference in his senior season in 2016. Really not sure what happened there. Briefly left our team at one point during the off-season before rejoining, presumably due to some personal reasons. Don't know if there's a connection there somewhere. And according to one Austin reporter on Twitter, after the stabbing, he ran across the street, stripped naked, threw his clothes in his neighbor's trash can, and repeatedly asked for his bible while one man told him to stay away and another called 911. Just really, REALLY bizarre stuff.

Very unfortunate, and feel bad for the family and everyone involved. My younger brother is actually friends with his older brother, Nedu Egwuagu, who's a personal trainer in Austin.

Just horrible. I remember him being a good player for UTSA. I think he was one of the players UTSA took to CUSA media day his senior year.
