I love how only a couple of posters have mentioned the ‘92 Youngstown game and the youngsters completely gloss over it. That was a huge deal when it happened, at least for the fans like me who never missed a home game in the early ‘90s. Trey Weis clutch FG won the game. I listened on the radio from my bedroom at The Commons (now called something else). I think my friends were out partying and didn’t care. Not a lot has changed...

When I was a junior living at The Commons, my roommate would spit on our floor and say, “It’s ok. It’s the commons.” Memories...

Ok, that’s nasty, but I can do one better. I had a thing for a girl in the building next to mine. I finally convinced her to go out with me. I went to her apartment to pick her up and there was cat s**t everywhere and the place smelled like cat s**t. We ended up going to dinner, but all I could think about was the cat s**t. I was so disappointed. Couldn’t get past it.

Some of the old programs / game notes used to have a section that listed all the results against ranked teams. According to the one I found, here are the games we've played vs #1 teams from 1985-2013:

Richmond (1) 10/5/85 UR 38-15
@Youngstown (1) 9/26/92 JMU 52-49
McNeese State (1) 9/16/95 MSU 30-24
@App. State (1) 9/9/06 ASU 21-10
@New Hampshire (1) 10/14/06 JMU 42-23
App. State (1) 9/20/08 JMU 35-32
Richmond (1/1) 10/10/09 UR 21-17
William & Mary (1/2) 11/13/10 JMU 30-24
