If the Big 12 will invite BYU, don't think the AAC won't invite Liberty. Hopefully the AAC will have the guts.

BYU and Liberty aren’t in the same universe institutionally. One is recognizable as an institution of higher ed. The other is scandal plagued diploma mill. Liberty isn’t getting invited.

They’ve got plenty of cleanup to do on the academic side starting with not filling the faculty with Liberty alumni. It’s possible to be conservative and Christian and run a legitimate university. As I’ve mentioned multiple times in this thread BYU is one example.

Your resorting to idiotic name calling doesn’t change the fact that Liberty has for its entire history been more of an ATM for the Falwell family and their friends than a legitimate university.

You're correct, not all. But the things that matter; winning in cfb and cbb, fan support, facilities and $$$, no other candidate tops Liberty. The overwhelming majority of those that oppose Liberty do so because Liberty is open about it's Conservative Christian values and that offends the radical left sensibilities of many secularists.

Of course I can, because Liberty has conservative Christian believes. none of those other schools that you mentioned do, with the exception of BYU (although I would obviously argue the "Christian" part). But socially speaking, BYU does have the exact same stance as Liberty does on every issue, so not sure why you brought up Liberty's social stances.

byu= established sports brand with football titles, and regualr tourney runs
liberty= wins against g5 teams for 6 years

byu= 60k football attendance
liberty- 18k football attendance

maybe its not whatever-phobia, or the fact that liberty pros dont outweigh the cons
