Actually our TE calls our plays. He has a better view of the defensive setup. We tried the traditional coach calling thing, but we found our tight end was better at it. Strangely enough our OC actually call our defensive plays. He has a better feel for what offenses are trying to do.

Friday Afternoon at last practice, coach calls down the football alumni to the field.. usually 250-300 former players and usually 1 or 2 grabs the microphone and puts together a speech that gives the players goosebumps.
the player genuinely DONT WANT TO LET THOSE ALUMNI DOWN... they Don't want to be the one's that lose the Dynasty.

Daaaannnnnnnnggg, i know some former players and they said they have been corresponding regularly with current players. The one thing we have on our side is players have been telling the alumni "I cant wait to disappoint you and fail miserably."

Gives me goosebumps just typing that.

Thats one thing we have that no other team has.

Well, if only JMU was told there was a party I guess we would have brought a few fans with us. The 4,000 tickets we had just couldn't be sold as nobody ever goes to our games.
It's such a shame that we don't have any alumni football players our guys could let down. We all know there's no motivation stronger than letting down guys that aren't playing for the team any more. Letting guys down is much more motivation than winning a championship. Gosh we are so screwed.
