I'm just saying... Is is just me or does it seem like the basketball BlueBloods are starting to feel the pinch of FBI crackdown. Kentucky specifically used to get a top or 5 ranked player at every position they recruited. Now the formerly uber-talented Kentucky squad looks shall we say, less so. In fact everywhere Calipari has been the recruiting has been amazing (UMass, Memphis, and Kentucky) , then as soon as he leaves the recruiting comes back to the historical norms.

Now I must reiterate that this is pure conjecture on my behalf nothing more. But it is a little funny to me that the talent distribution is far less concentrated since the FBI crackdown started.

Maybe, but I think it’s more a case that Penny took a couple of UK recruits and then the class in general is just down overall compared to last years that was stacked.
