So the NET gets released today....

remember how panned it got last year on release? Here's the initial top 10 for last year with final performance-
1 Ohio State (20-15, lost in the second round of the NCAA tournament)
2 Virginia (35-3, won national championship)
3 Texas Tech (31-7, national runner-up)
4 Michigan (30-7, lost in the Sweet 16)
5Gonzaga (33-4, lost in the Elite Eight)
6 Duke (32-6, lost in the Elite Eight)
7 Michigan State (32-7, lost in the Final Four)
8 Wisconsin (23-11, lost in the first round of the NCAA tournament)
9 Virginia Tech (26-9, lost in the Sweet 16)
10 Loyola Marymount (22-12, lost in the third round of the CBI)

not too bad at all.

RE: NET release today
Duquesne resurrected their whole program stealing Akron's coach.

Good to see Mooney and the Spiders back. Remember when they were 1 game from a "Battle of Richmond" to go to the Final 4?

RE: NET release today
A10 and AAC very strong in here. Not really shown- but Big Ten has 10 of the top 50 plus 51.

I believe that was 2012. VCU beat FSU on a last second shot in the S16.
