I didn't notice whether he made the field but am almost positive I saw him exiting the stadium through the tunnel toward the MRD side - maybe during the 3rd quarter. I panicked for an instant because I just saw the #10. Upon closer inspection I saw that it wasn't RS. I don't recall that he looked hurt but only saw him for an instant.

He exited the field during both of the past two games assume headed to the bathrooms under Bridgeforth.

Maybe I was halucinating again. I would certainly assume generally that we can rely on the listed participation stats (where I'm taking your word for it). But I swear that at the end of WSU's last TD drive we had subbed out Carter and Daka and that Green and Maginley were on the field. I was worried that something had happened to one or both of the starters, but they just seemed to be standing on the sideline.

Unless of course none of that actually happened, in which case never mind.
If you go under JMU football stats, individual, defense, next to his name, says 'GP 13'. If you click on his name there, or on stats under bio, appears DNP vs SBU and Weber.

Some games Greene would get in a couple a couple series for either Daka or Carter, or come in on a few 3rd and longs as a 3rd pass rusher, + any garbage time. But every time I noticed, it was Maginely doing that. I looked several times on the sideline, didn't see him.

Maybe it was mentioned earlier in this thread, but there was a critical tackle by Dmitri Holloway that probably saved a Weber TD and would’ve got them back in the game.

Weber was around their own 10 yard line and Josh Davis rushed to the left. One TE or lineman was blocking Holloway and had Davis rushed around the block, no other defenders were in position to make a tackle and Davis would’ve probably burnt us for a 90 yd TD run.
Holloway pushed off his blocker just in time to turn and wrap up Davis for a 2 or 3 yard gain instead. Nothing but open green turf in front of the runner after Dmitri.

Moments like that are why we excel at stopping the run. They get us to bite on one half of the field and we still stuff them in their attempt to misdirect.

No argument with anything that's been said since my prior comment, including that the official game participation records to date show Green as DNP. Just saying that for some reason it caught my eye on the last play or two of the second WSU TD drive that #'s 10 and 11 were on the field. I then worriedly looked for 5 and 7. Who were on the sideline next to each other and didn't show any visible signs of a problem. Assumed we were just going with fresh legs for the pass rush in a game that was essentially already won. As was said, not a move we hadn't made some this year, or at least something like it. I have no explanation why my brain told me #10 was on the field in a game where the record says he was DNP. Hopefully, the takeaway is simply that our 2 deep DE's are fine.

Saw where the Weber State Qb grad transferred to Towson so the Dukes will see him again this season.

I was very unimpressed by Jake Constantine in the semifinal game last year. His lackluster performance was a large part of why Weber struggled in that game. They needed a clutch QB performance and he just didn't have it.

He's a 2 season starter at WSU in 2018 and 2019. 24 career games.

-73 yds rushing (only 35 yards last year for his best rushing season).
4428 yds pashing.
181.5 offensive yds/gm average.

Career Passing Stats:
418-685 (61% Completion) 33 TDs 22 INTs.

In 2019, he was ranked 74th in the country for pass efficiency. Flacco was 21st. I'd say a clear drop off from Flacco in QB play.

Ambrose develops QBs even less than JMU does.

Weird that he would transfer/ I wonder if he was going to have to compete for the job at Weber State and getting pushed by another qb on the roster

In one article on him entering the portal he says he's wanting to get back to the FBS level, so maybe he didn't get the options he was hoping for and then his scholarship had already been given away while he was in the portal.

If you look at the game notes, they only 4 of 22 starters were seniors and 4 of 14 All Big Sky. Of the other projected top BS teams, they don’t play Montana or Sac St, have Mt State at home, and are @ EWU. They get decent QB play, I see them winning the BS at 7-1 or 8-0 and being one of 5-6 contenders to make it Frisco. Maybe the OOC game of the year it looks now when they are @ UNI. Last 3 seasons:
-2017 lost qtr finals to JMU.
-2018 as #2 seed were upset in the qtr finals by #7 seed Maine.
-2019 as #3 seed lost semifinals to #2 seed JMU.

His coach also left. I think he might of overshot and given the situation got burned. No spring ball, so much uncertainty going on and the thinking he could be a slightly above average FCS QB and some FBS school would want to bring him in as a 1 year starter was a tad bit too optimistic.

We met Constantine’s parents at Hotel Madison the night before the game last season. They were very nice- they couldn’t stand the coach and their son was going to transfer. They didn’t believe for a second that WSU would beat us. The conservative play calling was at the root of their disenchantment. So, no surprise here.

FWIW based on their message board, I'd say about 90% of the fans placed most of the blame on him that their offense wasn't better and he was the #1 liability on the team.

And looking at the number of college programs he’s been in the past few years, 4 in 5 seasons (plus he may have switched high schools), I’m not surprised his parents would say one thing and their fan base would feel another way.
