You get your tickets online from the site? If so did you pop for $100 ticket 30 to 30 or taking a chance with $25 GA and moving to the Western section?

We'll be there unless it gets icy or snows between KY and Texas. So in that case I think we'll wait to buy the tickets.

I wish they had sent Western some place else, not that Dallas is a bad place to visit. But with the CUSA tourney in Frisco we'll be back there in early March.

Dallas does have a decent Zoo and I heard the World Aquarium is great to take in. Going to enjoy both through the eyes of a 16 month old child, in March during the conference basketball tourney. This will be the 8th or 9th trip to Dallas (area) for us in the past 5 years. So we are running out of things to see and do.

Good thing about Dallas you can get really good hotel rooms for half the price of B'ham or most large cities. Lets hope Western fans travel for this game like wee have in Fla and Detroit. Playing Belmont on the Saturday before the football game will probably hurt some.

Our plans are to drive down to BG for the Belmont game, leave from there and drive 4 to 6 hours to Memphis or Little Rock. Then Dallas on Sunday.

Was really disappoint in the bowl choice, last night but we will be there. I know 3 or 4 more Western fans that post on this board will also be there.

Just get the win!

Did $25 ga from their site. Thought about doing the $99 4 pack and trying to find two others to split the bill but decided the stadium hot dog and Coke probably wasn't worth the effort. I will try to move but if they are hardcore about it I will just watch from the GA zone. I didn't do Bahamas or the one in Florida against Memphis. I went to Detroit on the bus ride from Hell. I went to Miami. I went to Orlando (because those seniors deserved it).

If the ushers check tickets it's only last before the game starts once people start going to restroom get food they arent going to ask to see your ticket. Not with 5k or so at the game. I dont think they will be as hardcore on it like the ushers in B'ham for the CUSA basketball tourney. With 300 fans in the whole arena they were coming to your seat asking to see your ticket and if you were no in the exact seat. They asked you to move...down the row or 10 rows up.

You guys always seem to know how to win bowl games. Do it again. Six in a row!

Tough bowl games for us this season. Great chance for the conference to step up and get noticed.

Myrtle Beach tie-ins are the Sun Belt, MAC, and AAC.

I'm most interested in the Independence and Armed Forces.

USM - Tulane could be a rivalry on a long term basis. Louisiana Tech should bring it's fans in large number, and can beat Miami. The Independence needs to be a good partnership for CUSA and Shreveport.

Miami is not getting enough credit on here, they are few touchdowns from going to a NY6 game. They beat the ACC runner-up but had the meltdown at the end of the season.

Plus Miami Coaches Diaz and DC Baker both worked for Holtz and know how he plays. Super Advantage for Miami

RE: 2019 CUSA bowl matchups, dates and times
If Miami "shows up" they will beat us handily, something like 35-13. We are not very good. Don't be fooled by our 9-3 record. We are 8-0 vs dregs and only 1-3 against "decent" teams which I define as those bowling.

But! I'm not so sure the "U" will show up. And Holtz has shown an ability to prepare the team for bowl games. Last year's easy win at Hawaii, essentially a road game, was a surprise. But, it was officially a bowl game so Holtz had the team ready to play. I am counting on Miami mailing this one in and Tech snagging a close win.

Think I read on their forum they are 21 pts away from being 12-0. That true? (guess I could look it up).

37 pts needed to be 12-0, well, actually 43 needed to win the 6 games they lost.

Ok this rhetoric is getting old. If y'all don't want UAB to get the spotlight then bow up and beat our asses. Otherwise, just STFU, support your phucking school, and go win your damn bowl game.

Damn, WKU beat us (barely) and you're still not phucking happy.

The NOLA bowl is hardly the spotlight

Not many predictions on the Bronco board, but I'd say most of our fans have a feeling that WKU will win. Confidence in our HC, in Year 3 of his tenure, is still pretty shaky.
