When we shared a conference with these same teams we regularly beat them. Only Cincy had a better men's basketball record in CUSA 1.0, which was a top 5 basketball conference.

Both ECU and UNCC lost to App in basketball already, I don’t think either are looking forward to it.

In other news Drink is leaving App for Missouri. These players now likely feel slighted by the bowl committee and their coach. UAB either wins by 30 or loses by 30. I hope the latter.

League decides. Why is it so hard for people to understand? No one came to the FAU admin and asked if they want App State. That's not how it works.

C-USA believes Boca Raton Bowl is our premier bowl. It featured C-USA champion 4 out of the entire 5-year history of the bowl (now, obviously, 5 years out of 6)

It was inconceivable how we got Akron two years ago. At least, now, we got SMU. I wanted Cincy. AAC wasn't about to give us Memphis.

The league didn't pick it. Florida Atlantic picked it. In fact we did backdoor politics to even get get the spot since it was supposed to be Mac vs aac this year. If we demanded app state in new Orleans we would have gotten it

But the league and our school both know our fans don't go to games so we stay at home. I tried to tell you this hurts us...

Memphis is the highest rated g5. So of course they get the access bowl which is the cotton bowl. They weren't an option
