officiating the games during playoffs
Found a link to the refs who will be officiating games during the playoffs.
The JMU vs Monmouth isn't listed yet. Had this up last year and was spot on.

The CAA refs will be at home this weekend, and hopefully for the rest of the season!

We've had Southland refs before and remember them being pretty bad.
Perhaps they have surpassed the CAA refs and will only call a bad game instead of a horrendous game.

Funny how the #1 and #2 teams officiating crews are sitting at home now. Can't call foul on this.

I recall having Southland officials before and they were not perfect but not bad either. The difference is CAA officials appear incompetent and confused as what to do at least once per game & always choose to insert themselves in the outcome of the game if possible. CAA officials appear to think folks showup to see them rather than disappear and manage the game.

I have no idea what CAA officials consider holding b/c Carter/Daka/Greene/Atariwa have been practically undressed at times this season and not one holding call. (those call last week on Gillispee were legit, he flat out tackled that guy both times)

The best refs Ive seen in FCS this year were at the Weber-Montana game last week. Where were they from?

Saw the same no calls for holding on NDSU last week. They were putting ISU blockers on the ground and still weren't getting called. I'm all for keeping the game moving and I get holding happens to some extent on a lot of plays but I don't get not calling the ones that impact a play.

JMUsince89 my buddy is saying SoCon is coming to town this weekend. He's pretty close to the situation. So somewhere between Southland and SoCon for the rumor mill this weekend.

Refstripes has Southland listed, albeit by a guy/gal with one post. @Nerfherder, it looks like MVFC refs were on the Weber St-Montana game.

Looks like BigSky refs may be assigned to the Frisco' game. Hope they hold no grudges for eliminating Weber. Source referenced in first post.

If they do hold a grudge, it should go both ways as NDSU also eliminated a Big Sky team.

I think it was southland refs in the 2017 title game and also vs Weber last game. They have a reputation as being some of FCS' worst.

For that, I'll take a gamble with a different crew.

I like that crew a boatload better than the CAA bunch and really didn't see them favoring calls from one team to the other. CAA guys go out of their way to make calls against us.

Big Sky refs have no clue what physical football is like after being in the Big Fluffy.

Expect multiple holding calls and unecessary roughness. pathetic.

Big Sky refs listen to Nickelback to get ready for the "big game."
