Their claim on their ratings wasn't based on the show ending at noon, but rather at the kick off of the game..... So their claim of winning the 11-noon hour- fake news.

Agreed, but I hope they let Corso contribute as long as he can because we're losing those links to the larger-than-life personalities of the last generation like Madden and Berman and Keith Jackson. Even if it's a pretape segment they can rehearse, reshoot and edit as needed.

Probably an unpopular opinion but Ive never cared for him. I find him annoying.

That's an occupational hazard for guys like that; their booming, unique personalities are going to engage you or enrage you with precious little in-between (except for Keith Jackson, who was like the Bob Ross of football PBP). To wit: A little of Dick Vitale goes a long way, but there's nobody in college basketball like him and when he finally takes his final TO, bay-bee, sports broadcasting will feel a lot less organic without him.
