From television, it looked like 40000 plus. It looked like the top ten rows in the center were not filled. I would have put the number at 48000.

I'll stop the experiment here. Mr. Rosewater... others that may have been in attendance FROM Cincinnati... What is your reaction to an "announced attendance" figure of 36,472?

And how important was Game Day?

Another thing. The SMU game was on a Saturday night. The UC game was on a Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Big difference.

I think Saturday afternoon's game will be a lot better attended.

P.S. SMU fans did very little to help attendance, lol.

Yeah but their team seemed to pack ‘em in.

Had zero to do with SMU. Had to do with GameDay, with taking control of our own destiny in the AAC West, with being in the national spotlight and wanting to make a good impression. With wanting a sellout for Norvell, who asked for it. And with being on a Saturday night. We can't do it on Friday afternoons.

It appeared from tv, more than two thirds full. Two thirds of 55 large gets you to 40 plus. The 35 number had to be wrong.

That all depends. Very circumstantial.

Evidently they can't read either code.

Thanks.

The scanners belong to the City, lol. And they hire the dumbest people on earth. Everything the city does is screwed up.

I don't know why we bother with that. I've been to 3 games this year, and they screwed up scanning my tickets on 2 of them.

Just announce tickets sold or distributed, like everybody else. Except Navy, maybe.

Added descriptors

FYI, for any out of towners coming to the game. The St. Jude Memphis Marathon will be on Saturday morning. Lots of roads in the downtown area will be closed. They will re-open before game time but might cause some logistic issues if you are staying downtown.
