Not surprised. He did not have a strong enough record to withstand the Egg Bowl loss coupled with Elijah Moore's foolish act.

If I'm Norvell then I wait on a better job. There should be options this season if I'm looking to move.

Rich Rodriguez is probably the right move for them.
