Every year kids from Texas, Florida, Alabama, etc let people convince them that "you're too good for ______ University, you need to be at 'a bigtime school' like Minnesota, Iowa St,...". Then they stay for a year and hit the transfer portal to re-start their college career all over again. Do yourself a favor and get honest about whether you really want to deal with this for 4-5 years!

Eh, on location only, to be honest I’d rather go to school in Minneapolis than a lot of C-USA towns (and that includes Houston-I don’t mind cold weather and like outdoor activities during the summer).

And going to a school like Minnesota or ISU, at least you in theory have a chance to play for a national championship...
