2020 MAC Football Schedule
I think the idea of playing games on the day after Thanksgiving should be shelved. No students and lots of empty seats. End the season on Tuesday

RE: 2020 MAC Football Schedule
I just want to play Miami. It's been since 2011 they played in Toledo and 2009 since we have played there.

Agree. We both have protected games, that makes our cross conference game a little less likely. Miami played WM and NIU the last two years, and we have to play Ball State, so we should be playing two of EMU, UT, and CMU. 10 years since Toledo played in Oxford!

My experience has been that there is better weather in the afternoon and attendance was better. Yes, there are no students other than band and cheerleaders, but most people have Black Friday free and they are able to attend if they are interested. We now annually play Ball State the last week and this was the best attended of the last 3 years. We played on Tuesday night the previous 2 years.

Agree. Noon is best time in the Midwest.

Lot of good TV exposure too.

In Toledo 7:00pm is the wanted time... But more importantly avoiding O$U and UM times is best.

League office manipulates the cross over games. If it was a true rotation, crossover or not, the game would happen once in awhile

Miami was down so maybe league didn’t want to see a lopsided game. Now that Miami is good it will be back next year in November in prime time

You say Miami has been down, but Miami has won more MAC games in the last 4 years than Toledo.
