That's pretty sad for the American....Especially with that being a home game for Memphis and a possible News Years 6 game on the line for both teams....Also doesn't say much about Boise or App State, as they had similar circumstances on their home fields. Good showing for the MAC during a down year and CMU at only 8-4. I hope Eastern similarly represents and brings a great crowd to Detroit for their bowl game. In comparison, I want to say the MAC Championship had around 50K when Western was undefeated and played Ohio... At a neutral site....
