Playoff Ticket Sales
I am staying at the renaissance Plano. It’s a newer nice hotel right in the middle of the Plano shops, restaurants and bars and where I stayed in 2017. Highly recommend if space is still available.

RE: Playoff Ticket Sales
Something is not right with the attendance figures for the playoff games. Monmouth game had 10,800 listed, UNI game had 8700 listed, and last night had 10,500. Being at all three, I thought last night had the most people by far and at least a few thousand more than last week. [/u]

Shhh ... everyone in FCS playoffs does it ... every year. That’s how the game works.

Yup. I’m glad they’re playing the game. Running out of beer mid-1st quarter was pretty $hitty. Not like they couldn’t shift inventory to convo. Someone just wanted less work. If we’re in FCS, we need to pretend like the FCS semi is a big deal.

RE: Playoff Ticket Sales
I’m guessing they didn’t stock much beer yesterday. The beer lines I saw weren’t very long and they started running out of some very soon, so to be totally sold out didn’t surprise me. Last week the same line was a mile long and never really got short. I kept checking because I didn’t want to miss too much gameplay standing in line and it never did shrink.

How the hell do you run out of beer in the mid 1Q at a semi game?

HS mentality of wanting to clear out all inventory at the last game.

Ha, running out of beer after the first quarter was a fumble for sure. I don't know how it all works but I got the inventory explanation as well and it's not like selling chicken or beef. Beer is perishable but it has a much longer life. I don't get how they could have that little for a small crowd. People were pissed.

Charlie’s bottom line at work. No overtime for any stadium staff moving it to convo. It’s all gone!
