AAC Football Championship and Crosstown Shootout on DEC. 7
On the way home last night Dan Horde made the point that the conference football championship game is at 3:30 and the Shootout is at 5:00 on December 7th...I hope down the road they don't schedule the Shootout on the first Saturday in December.

It's all Xavier's fault if you ask me.

Maybe they'll put the game on the score board at halftime. Imagine Nippert if Cumberland puts his head down and plows right through Scruggs to the hole for an and-1.

As long as football is 10-1, basketball hasn't even started in my book.

I'd blame it more on power scheduling than an offensive system.04-cheers

Good news is I won’t be worrying about missing the Shootout.

In regards to the football game. Does anyone know who sets the ticket prices? Is it the home team, or does the AAC have a say in that? Does each team get an equal amount? Etc.

Honestly could be a really rough day. Would be excited to get one win that day, two will be awesome. Potential to be large underdogs in both.

Agreed. Football team is playing a CCG on national TV for a major bowl bid. Basketball is still adapting to a new system and lots of new players.

In the big scheme of things, November/December basketball games don't mean a lot by the time February rolls around and the conference races heat up. Evansville fans need not worry about ordering tickets for March Madness; their triumph in Lexington will be long forgotten come March. Just as UC fans forgot Presbyterian's victory over the Bearcats' last Sweet Sixteen team.

We will get a real beatdown a Cintass, so why watch.

At Memphis are chances are slim with a dead arm QB or a first time starter QB.

If the docs say an extra week of treatment would help sit Dez and bring him back for the second game.
