Power Ranking After Week 12
Last week in parenthesis. Any other thoughts on order?

1. (1) Ohio State: Few more issues this last week, but still no arguing spot here.
----
2. (3) Penn State: More struggle with Indiana than expected, but the Hoosiers are better than most realize this year.
3. (2) Minnesota: Everything is still in front of them. Probably should have them higher than Penn State, but I would take Penn State in a rematch.
4. (4) Wisconsin: Keeping them here because of the blowout win over Michigan, but if I had to pick a winner if those two played again, I'm not sold I'd take Wisconsin. That said, they got the help they needed from Iowa this week. Win out and they are Big Ten champs.
5. (5) Michigan: Team has improved a lot. They would love to have the Wisconsin or Penn State game back and Ohio State had better not assume a win up north.
6. (6) Iowa: Losses have all been close. Switch even just the Wisconsin result and they'd be a Minnesota loss from controlling destiny for the Big Ten Championship.
----
7. (7) Illinois: Off this past week, but chance to really prove self vs. Iowa. Win that and they move up a tier.
8. (9) Indiana: So close vs. Penn State. Keeping them below Illinois because of a few closer games and not quite as good of wins, but they aren't that far off.
9. (8) Michigan State: They do have the head to head win over Indiana, but since then the Spartans have been a trainwreck. It's too hard to score. They probably will win last two vs. Maryland and Rutgers, but such a drop this year.
---
10. (10) Purdue: Giving Purdue the leg up here because of win over Nebraska. Need to beat both Wisconsin and Indiana for bowl eligibility.
11. (11) Nebraska: Better than expected showing honestly vs. Wisconsin.
12. (12) Maryland: Off last week, but no reason to move them down despite Northwestern's win.
13. (13) Northwestern: Won this week vs. UMass, but only 76 passing yards against a terrible team.
14. (14) Rutgers: Played a bit better than I expected vs. Ohio State despite the blowout. It's possible they could move above Northwestern before the end of the year (although would bet against right now).
