Not too terribly surprised by the outcome. I'm sure we will bounce back soon enough. We bring back a lot of guys next season.

Well done Cajuns. You guys have a tough team. I'm glad to see your program back to its successful ways.

I am too lazy to run through the rosters, but App State has a ton of returning starters next year. Anyone want to run through the rosters and determine how many returning starters on offense and defense each school will have next season?

It should probably be in another thread anyway....

I was shocked by the score, didn't think it would have been that bad.

And that run defense for Troy.......
Yes he does. Also holds on to the ball way to long.

Our better year ditched us for West Virginia. LOL. Looks like we're going to be settling in for a few bad years until we can get rid of Lindsey and his staff. The man thought he could breeze in, do minimal work while riding off the previous staff's success, then move on to a better paying job after one, maybe two seasons. We might do better if he finds a competent DC and possibly a better OC to carry him next year.

As soon as EricSaid suggested taking Troy and the over, I knew the Cajuns would kick butt.

Barker is a good QB overall, but ever since he tore his ACL last year, he has lost that true dual-threat ability that really made him something special. He's never been designed to be a pocket passer...

Give Chip Lindsey credit though, he has improved Barker's mechanics tremendously. Gives me hope that of all the QB's we have in the stable, Lindsey will be able to pick one out and build him into a great QB for next season.

RE: Lousiana VS Troy Thread
Troy was thoroughly out coached yesterday. That’s been a reoccurring theme all season. A lot of wasted talent on this team.

I love my trips to Lafayette. Hanging out with the Krew de Chew and living it up with a great fanbase. Good luck to the Cajuns the rest of the way.
