That was my impression. Looks like tickets are discounted for those who made seat contributions, so I read it that joe schmo can buy club tickets for playoff games if they are ready to shell out the cash. I don't know if you have full club food/bar amenities that come with the regular or not.

You should have all amenities is my understanding. The only caveat on buying them is that if there is enough demand to sell them out (not likely) than it would go by priority points.

For regular season they really have raised the prices for single game club seats, but appear to have gone back to the old price for the playoffs.

They previously were only available if you met the minimum donation whether it was regular season or playoffs.

I'd just like to point out that December 21st is my birthday... just sayin'...
