2019/20 Big 10 Basketball
Yes it's early, but is there a team in this conference that's any good?

Every strong matchup so far the Big 10 team has been beat.

Going to be an interesting season.

Michigan vs Creighton

Minnesota vs. Butler

Michigan favored and Minnesota a big underdog on the road.

Let's see if one of the "Little Brown Jug" boys can get a win tonight.

Michigan State rebounding with a good road win at Seton Hall. Northwestern with a good win over Providence.

RE: 2019/20 Big 10 Basketball
So, surprisingly the BIG takes the Gavitt Tipoff games 5-3. I honestly did not expect the conference to win these this year.

Well done to all the winners...
Michigan
Penn State
Ohio State
Michigan State
Northwestern

As always the Big East is a great conference and I always look forward to this tournament every year.

Big East & Big Ten!

Not part of the Gavitt Games but RU - Seton Hall is still coming up. Rivalry game, anything could happen

Things are looking a little better with the conference teams. A lot of inconsistencies, but it looks to be a really exciting season coming up. Plenty of competitive teams to make each week have plenty of nice matchups.

I see you, Xichigan, beating both #6 UNC and #8 Gonzaga over the past couple of days.

Nice win, Rutgers!

I saw that and 9 first place votes. Crazy, from unranked to #4.

First night of the Big Ten/ACC ends up with a split. Miami pulls away at the last second, while Minnesota took care of business.

Big Tuesday night ahead.

Hell of a comeback by the Figting Illini. Even losing the game it had to feel like a win for the coaches, seeing their team fight the way they did.

Tonight was an example of why it's difficult to dislodge the ACC. Iowa and Indiana with nice wins were balanced out by disappointing performances from the two Michigans. You really can't know how a game would go by the names on the scoreboard (other than the bottom teams of each conference, that is).

I wish our top teams (looking at your Michigan State) played like top teams.

ACC is a great basketball conference and has always been a bit above the BIG. I still have no problem with this conference over the years. The BIG places more teams in the final four than any other conference. The teams never complete the run and win National championships and that's a bit disappointing.

Wasn't dissing the ACC, just relating on how difficult it is to compete against them.

Anyway, big performances from Ohio State and Purdue tonight!

I didn't think you were dissing anyone, was just adding to what you said. Text gives the wrong impression sometimes, was really agreeing with you.

I'm pleasantly surprised the BIG won both the Gavitt games and ACC challenge this year.
