I think basketball season is going to test the fans' mettle. If they scrap, play smart, they'll keep everyone on-board, maybe develop some depth as the season wears on.

Speaking for myself, I’d just like to see this team get better as the season progresses...regardless of the start, finish the pre-conference portion with a winning record, and then again regardless of the start, do a better job in the second half of MAC play, and continue that into the tournament. Toledo teams have had a habit of being pretty good throughout but then having something happen in MAC tournament, or just not getting better as the season progresses. Need 2 guys who can consistently come off the bench & make contributions.

But we still suck and won't make the NCAA Tournament since we lost the 1st game of the season at Valpo.
