Not a game of interest for us, but if you're not watching this LSU/Alabama game, you need to tune in. It has 100% lived up to the hype. Could be a classic.

Listening to the JMU WBB game and watching this game....great game. LSU up 46-34 with a minute and a half left. I hate Nick Saban......

People. Cmon. Stop worrying about Weber.

There is no chance they get the 2 seed ahead of us if we win our last two games.

It’s just not happening, we are a lock for 2, and a 1 seed if ndsu loses to southern Illinois.

Agree. It'd be flat out outlandish for us not to get the 2 seed if we win the last two games. UNH was #10 coming in and we blew them off the field.

JMU just needs to win. I just don't buy into your concern that JMU needs to blow other teams out to maintain the #2 seed.

I agree. Where does this fear come from that if we don't win by an average margin of victory of 30 points then we suck and the committee will punish us?

If we win our next two games by one point each, we will get the 2 seed.

If Weber beats Montana they will have 3 wins over top 8 seeded teams. With the SDSU and UCA losses today, Montana can afford to drop a game to weber and if they win out they will most likely still be seeded due to no other team being good. The way SDSU looked today they will probably lose to UNI and not even be a low seed. Its not outlandish to think the committee will value that resume over us beating teams that may not even make the playoffs. Not sure why some people dont see there is more than a legitimate case to have Weber at 2 if we both win out

Holy cross losing today hurts UNH's resume big time and they still have two tough games ahead, SBU losing doesnt help us either. Need Villanova to make a run to end the season

UNH's #10 ranking is also a bit inflated due to Princeton and Dartmouth not being considered. There are also about 6 teams that had a case to be #10

Any way you slice it, we'll have 5 wins vs. top 25 ranked teams and only loss on the road against a Big-12 opponent. I can't understand how our SOS could be considered weak.

I don't know what the spread was on the App State / South Carolina game, but I wish I would have bet on it. App. State is just the better team. There's no big surprise upset here. They are just better than USC, despite them being an SEC team.

They wont be top 25 at the end of the year. Never said our SOS was weak (i believe we are 20th) or that we arent the better team, but depending on how the committee values SOS they have a strong case. Just trying to be objective but this is probably the wrong place for that. We've only beaten one team that is a lock for the post season right now (Villanova)

We hurt their resumes because we beat them.

There's 0.0% chance that you can play the #10 team and kick the nuts off them and fall back. That'd be the stupidest thing ever.

Agree. If JMU wins out, JMU is no worse than #2 seed. No worries.

1) Weber damn near lost to a team Sagarin ranked lower than Maine today. That won't likely help their SRS/SOS score. We absolutely pummeled a higher rated team, that will help our score.

2) I think Montana takes Weber down, so it won't matter. They'll have to play a lot better than today to have a chance.

3) Princeton, Dartmouth, and all the Ivies "count" when it comes to the SRS score. Even though they won't be in the bracket, they still impact the evaluation and SOS. I'm sure the committee understands how good Princeton is.

Ok, so.

Villanova is highly likely to win its last two games and will be 9-3 and pushing for a seed. We beat them.

Towson has a good chance to win its last two and would be 8-4 and probably a top 15 team. We beat them.

We will have plenty on our resume to be #2.

Zero chance we aren’t top two seed.
