SNY Will Have 7 Men's and 5 Women's Basketball Games at Delaware and James Madison
Other than CBS Sports Network and Northeastern games on NESN and NESN Plus, https://www.sny.tv/info/winter-sports-schedule has SNY's schedule, which includes 7 Men's and 5 Women's games:

Saturday December 28 at 7:00 P.M. UNCW at Delaware
Thursday January 9 at 7:00 P.M. Delaware at James Madison^
Saturday January 18 at 2:00 P.M. Elon at Delaware
Saturday February 1 at 2:00 P.M. Drexel at Delaware
Saturday February 1 at 4:00 P.M. UNCW at James Madison
Sunday February 2 at 1:00 P.M. Towson at Delaware (Women)
Saturday February 8 at 2:00 P.M. James Madison at Delaware
Sunday February 16 at 1:00 P.M. Drexel at Delaware (Women)*
Sunday February 16 at 2:00 P.M. UNCW at James Madison (Women)*
Thursday February 20 at 7:00 P.M. Elon at James Madison
Friday February 28 at 7:00 P.M. Drexel at James Madison (Women)
Saturday March 7 at 1:00 P.M. UNCW at Delaware (Women)

^ CBS Sports Network has a doubleheader with Drexel at Towson at 6:00 P.M. and Hofstra at Northeastern at 8:00 P.M. That means the CAA will have three televised game in one day, which used to happen on a significant amount of Saturdays, but not recently.

* They have two CAA Women's games and UConn Women at 2:00 P.M. that day, so I'm assuming the CAA games will be on delayed.

RE: SNY Will Have 7 Men's and 5 Women's Basketball Games at Delaware and James Madison
solohawks is correct. These 8 games will be on TV:

Thursday January 2, 2020: Elon at Northeastern at 7:00 P.M. on NESN Plus
Saturday January 4, 2020: William & Mary at Northeastern at 4:00 P.M. on NESN Plus
Thursday January 23, 2020: Drexel at Northeastern at 7:00 P.M. on NESN
Saturday January 25, 2020: Delaware at Northeastern at 12:00 P.M. on NESN
Thursday February 13, 2020: UNCW at Northeastern at 7:00 P.M. on NESN
Saturday February 15, 2020: Delaware at William & Mary at 4:00 P.M. on Cox Yurview
Thursday February 27, 2020: James Madison at Northeastern at 8:00 P.M. on NESN Plus
Saturday February 29, 2020: Elon at William & Mary at 4:00 P.M. on Cox Yurview

With 10 on CBS Sports Network, 7 on SNY and another channel, and the 8 above, 25 of 90 games (27.8 percent) are on locally or regionally. Excluding days with only one game, 17 of 20 days with CAA games have a game on TV somewhere.
