Maybe a couple idiots are right and everyone here and others are about to go FBS. If that's the case, it's only because the NCAA becomes completely worthless, and the links seem to sort of converge on why.

Which, to someone who sort of experienced the 70s and 80s (too young in the 70s, perhaps), as someone who remembers the "Superconference" discussion, well, this is pretty much that.

I mean, you can discuss that the Superconference has been discussed and didn't happen yet, and I can reply by projecting how every kid who commits to Oregon football will have their own Nike commercial before the summer is up.
