Maybe not. Joe Gibbs is part of the Appalachian Family now. His grandson is on the team. I heard him speak at an App fundraiser two summers ago. He was very excited about all things Appalachian. He's a good guy to have in your corner.

No doubt. I’m not into nascar but I know who Joe Gibbs is and recognize the value for App.

The connection to Mars Candy is a lot deeper than Joe Gibbs. The former head of global security for Mars Candy is a 1989 App Grad. He's also married to one of the granddaughters of Mars which just happens to be the 3rd wealthiest family on Forbes list for 2019 at a mere $72 billion. This past year he donated $10 million to App Athletics.
